Rajveena “Rena” Mander is a dedicated speech language pathologist and the proud owner of Educational Therapeutic Services. At the core of her practice is a commitment to empower individuals by embracing the whole child–honoring individual cultures and recognizing the impact of adverse childhood experiences and environmental factors on development.
With over 16 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology, Rajveena has dedicated her career to the pediatric world of speech and language. She has spent years working in various settings, honing her expertise and developing an approach that prioritizes building positive, secure relationships with her clients and families. Her therapy is not only evidence based, but also tailored to each child’s unique needs, prioritizing emotional and mental well-being as essential elements of therapy.
Rajveena values the importance of being on the forefront of research and best practices in the field. She regularly attends workshops, seminars, and conferences to ensure her clients are receiving the highest quality of care.
Known for its warm and welcoming environment, Educational Therapeutic Services foster’s growth, confidence, and self-expression. Rajveena and her team of professionals provide comprehensive assessments and therapy, utilizing a holistic approach to support children with speech disorders and/or language delays across all aspects of life, including mental wellbeing, social competence, and culturally appropriate strategies. Rajveena personally trains her team to utilize evidence-based, client-centered strategies, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs. Under her leadership, the company emphasizes not only speech and language development, but also personal growth and overall well-being.
Raised by immigrant parents in Woodbridge, CA, Rajveena grew up with strong values of hard work, determination, and passion. Her own personal struggles with social communication and educational delays, led her to the field of speech-language pathology, and gave her a deep, personal understanding of the challenges her clients face. A first-generation college graduate, she earned her Master of Science degree from the University of the Pacific. Her multicultural background and educational journey laid the foundation for her mission: ensuring that every child has the tools to express themselves confidently in a way that is both functional and culturally validating.
Beyond her work, Rajveena is an advocate for mental health awareness and actively participates in programs to support underserved communities. She is passionate about educating professionals and caregivers in the field of speech and language, helping to bridge the gaps in access to services.
Hi! My name is Alison Robinson. I’m a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. I’m grateful to be a part of the Educational Therapeutic Services team!
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, I’m passionate about helping clients with their communication skills. I enjoy building relationships and working together as a team. I strive to provide compassionate care and therapy sessions that are engaging, meaningful and supportive for each client.
Earned an Associate of Science degree - Speech-Language Pathology Assistant from American River College in 2013.
During my free-time, I enjoy hanging out with my family – watching movies, playing board games and taking nature walks, hikes and day trips.
Recent graduate and currently pursuing a degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Around 8 years of experience working with children in school and clinical settings.
